		<description>Charlie: An important issue. I think non-profit and/or cool projects like ProPublica and Off the Bus will probably have no problem attracting volunteers. But yesterday we also heard that the Wall Street Journal has hired someone to head up a similar project there. I&#039;m not sure why anyone would give Rupert Murdoch volunteer labor — or any other for-profit enterprise.</description>
